For the last 28 years, Mark Trojanowski has worked in the music and media industry as a successful platinum-selling performer, manager, producer, instructor, and Director of Career Services.
As a member of the platinum-selling band Sister Hazel, Mark has been actively involved in the business and publishing side of 13 studio records, three live albums, and two DVDs. He has played over 3,000 shows worldwide, including concerts, live television shows, charity events, and music festivals.
In 1997, Sister Hazel's song "All For You" was #1 for eight weeks and went on to be the most popular played song that year. Throughout the band's career, they have charted songs and records on numerous Billboard charts and across multiple genres. Sister Hazel has been featured on soundtracks including "Ten Things I Hate About You" and the "Wedding Planner" and was asked to be a part of the Fleetwood Mac Rumours tribute record.
Mark's music experience also extends into artist management. As the manager of Junior Doctor, Mark secured his client music placements in Teen Nick's "Degrassi" and ABC's "Jane By Design" and negotiated synchronization and master recording licenses. He also successfully booked the group on the Vans Warped Tour.
Most recently, as a Director of Career Services at the SAE Institute, Mark utilized his music industry experience to prepare students for careers in music, post-production, film, television, gaming, marketing, and social media. Working with the school's academic leadership, he helped the curriculum keep pace with the evolving technology and media landscape.
Mark is a graduate of the prestigious North Texas State University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Studies.
