Maggie Bass

Maggie Bass brings extensive leadership and customer service experience to her role as Director of Admissions at the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. With a strong background in management, she has honed her ability to connect with people, oversee operations, and ensure smooth processes—skills that directly translate into guiding students through the admissions journey.Before joining AIMM, Maggie worked in various management roles, where she was responsible for staff oversight, event planning, scheduling, and customer relations. Her experience in customer service and operations has equipped her with the ability to support prospective students from their initial inquiry through enrollment and orientation.Maggie is passionate about making the admissions process seamless and welcoming. She believes in building strong relationships with students, providing guidance beyond enrollment, and being a resource for them throughout their academic journey.Outside of work, Maggie enjoys collecting retro video games, traveling for K-Pop concerts, and spoiling her cat, Joon.
