Steve Rieck

Steve Rieck is the Director of Instrument Performance Certification and an Instructor for Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. He is responsible for overseeing the Instrument Performance Faculty as well as teaching guitar courses. His compositions have been featured on major Atlanta radio stations, received awards from Billboard Magazine and have been critically acclaimed in local newspapers such as the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Creative Loafing Magazine. He has authored a book on music theory and is currently working on a release of his original Jazz-Rock compositions as well as performing with several other bands around Atlanta. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Guitar and Professional Music from Berklee College of Music.
