Matt Hayes is a Music Production and General Education Instructor for Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. He is responsible for aiding students in their quest for knowledge through lectures, hands-on projects, assignments, and one-on-one feedback of their performance and grades. His courses include Pro Tools, midi sampling, and mathematical foundations of music. Matt is an RIAA certified gold engineer for Yelawolf’s ‘Love Story’, ‘Best Friend’, and ’Til It’s Gone’. Matt also received platinum certification for Wiz Khalifa’s ‘Rolling Papers’. He is also a Grammy Nominated Engineer for Jonathan McReynolds’ ‘Life Music: Stage Two’. He is an AVID certified operator for music production, an AVID Certified Instructor, Waves certified, and a Certified Higher Education Professional from NASASPS. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and a Diploma from SAE Institute of Technology.
