What an incredible evening! 🎶

Last night, we had the opportunity to host an insightful conversation with Mark Trojanowski and @rhettshull !

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special. We also want to give a big thank you to the AIMM staff who worked behind the scenes to bring this event together, and a special shoutout to @shanedriscollmusic for being our wonderful MC for the evening!

And, of course, thank you to Mark and Rhett for taking the time to share your experiences, perspectives, and advice with our community. Conversations like these are what make connecting and learning from working professionals in the music industry so valuable.

Meet Tyler Grow, one of the industry professionals helping prepare the next generation of audio creators at AIMM.

As a film composer, supervising sound editor, and production coordinator, Tyler has worked across feature films, branded campaigns, video games, and immersive audio experiences. His credits include projects like "Repair the Breach", "Skinwalker Island", and "Georgia Peach", along with work for brands like MeUndies and Coca-Cola's Refreshing Films program.

In 2026, Tyler served as the program's Lead Music & Sound Post-Production Mentor, guiding student filmmakers through the creative and technical process while completing theatrical 5.1 mixes for multiple productions.

In the classroom, Tyler brings that same real-world experience to students exploring film scoring, sound design, post-production, and audio for visual media. His goal is simple: help students build the creative and technical skills they'll use in today's entertainment industry.

We're excited to have Tyler share his experience with our students!
